On The Bustle, they outline 3 major things that happen to the body when you are sad. The writer states, “...whether it’s due to the loss of a loved one, the end of a close relationship, an unexpected major life change or something smaller, sadness is a necessary part of life that often precedes to personal growth.” The Bustle proves my thesis right in saying that not all causes of sadness are the same, yet they all affect the body in the same way.
