* Thesis or project title * Brief description of the proposed title * Statement of the problem * Statement of the objectives * Significance of the project or project justification * Specification of project goals (what are the expected output of the project- should contain a detailed discussion on the major components, modules and features of the proposal) * Method of solution (description of the approach to be used to solve the problem, including major algorithms and data structures to be employed * Computer hardware and software to be used * Include a minimum of 5 citations in your references * Detailed Features of the Proposed System The preliminary project proposal is scheduled before the preliminary examination and may change depending on the observation of the thesis/capstone instructor, but should not exceed one (1) week after the preliminary examination. Each group are required to prepare a minimum of three (3) project titles/proposal for evaluation and approval, as there will be no re title defense schedule in case the group failed to have their title approved. Students will not be allowed to move on to the succeeding steps of the capstone stages unless a project title has been approved and accepted.
