Research Methodology This chapter discusses the different stages of system development and its design. It also includes project design that discusses the external, internal and program design. The next stage of the system development is the project development that presents the different phases that discusses the basic planning to operation. The last two stages are the operation and testing procedures and the evaluation procedure.

In this Online DTR and Payroll system using RFID for Loyola Group of Companies, the employee should log there time using card thourh RFID. The system then automatically save the time. If the employee forgot to do a time In / Out He/she can text the system and it can approve or disapprove by the admin officer. If the reason is approved, the system will reply saying it is approved else it will reply disapproved and need to meet the superior. And also when the employee wants to do a overtime, He/She can text also the system and it will subject for approval of the admin.
The HR can check if the employee had a late or absences for there references. The HR also incharge to change the rate of the employee if needed. The system will automatically compute the salary of the employee including the deductions. The payroll personnel of Accounting will only incharge to check if the payroll are correct and can change the deduction details fi needed and also to prin the payslip.
