Introduction: Enrollment serves as a vital part in the life of every student upon entering schools or universities, either public or in private. It gives students the impression on how the whole institutes manages and manipulates the entire body. Moreover, enrollment serves as the first experience of all students by which he/she takes part either individually or with company of a parent or some relatives. Enrollment is considered as the first step or procedure that must be done by old students within a particular institute before the semester per school year totally starts, but for those freshmen or first year students (new students). They are obliged to usually take an admission test to know and assess them the right course to engage to. Followed by a scheduled interview in order to give those brief instructions and information about certain issues with regards to the school’s policies, institutional programs as well as personal information, health, economic status, so on and so forth. Good enrollment is always an asset in a university pertaining to fast payment, assessment procedure and easy transactions with a high rate of accuracy. Therefore, good enrollment within the university in present can be described as civilize, organize, accurate and professional.

Background of the Study: During enrollment is undeniably noticeable on some problems and difficulties arising from each respective procedure, hence leading to minor errors and accuracy. In college, known as tertiary level, University Administration Officers with the help of the Office of the Student Affairs (OSA) make the enrollment procedure. Hence, they are the one who are responsible with this matter, and the one who could allegedly change the process whenever enrollment perplexity occurs. Enrollment is more than just a word itself, because for others. It means sacrifice, hunger and dilemma, waste of time, effort and money, and knowing that after a couple of days.

Objectives: Our objective is obviously to help the problem in managing records on enrolling old and new students. With this system we can process faster and accurate and more convenience than a manual system. And we are specifically aimed to introduce to the said school the beauty and functionality on using electronic devices such as computers on helping them to compile and manage records on enrollment season. And propose the computerized system on handling student’s records to avoid mishandling, redundancy and to prevent records on getting old and damaged by natural calamities like rains, storms and heat.

Significance of the Study: The importance of this study may help us the said school to nurture up and elevate the functionality of the school to defy and breach their performance for the last 28 years. The study will also help us, as students to be knowledgeable enough on entering the information technology field as applying the lecturers to actual performances.

Scope and Limitation: Study on how to make a good online enrollment system held inside and outside the school premises was composed of a lot of question, random interviews, surveys and online referencing and research over the internet.

Review of Related Literature: In exploration, we find new techniques, new knowledge even though to develop new substances, gadgets, equipment, processes or procedures, imagination and skill is employed by the researcher. The commodities, new devices, services, in technology are needs of man for a better fuller life which is the concern of the research. These useful arts are the products of the technological environment and the end-user is society in general. The fast growing trend and innovation in technologies today prompts researchers to conduct studies about the efficiency of system program.
