This research is INTERNET Online Master in Business Administration Program in Entrepreneurship for Metro-Dagupan Colleges, Mangaldan, Pangasinan. It is composed of two major undertakings: official website highlighting the online education, and a financial analysis. The official website of MDC was designed, installed into the computer system of the institution and tested. It is developed using the following applications: Macromedia Dreamweaver which was used for well-designed webpage; Macromedia Fireworks which was utilized for nice-looking animation; and Active Server Pages which was used for interactive and dynamic webpage. The aforesaid website will launch the institution to the so-called Information Superhighway, the INTERNET. It will serve as one of the modern marketing tools of the institution. The above-mentioned research was highlighted with the development of the online education for entrepreneurs. With theses, one of the Development Vision of the institution had come into reality: to offer distance learning programs at the graduate levels using the latest technology – the INTERNET. The process on how to avail of the aforementioned learning program was identified. Thus, a standard operating procedure from enrollment to viewing of grades through the INTERNET was summarized. Consequently, financial analysis was used in dealing with the cost and benefit flows from the point of view of the institution. It was carried out for the assessment of the economic and financial benefits of the investment of the resources. Financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flows were computed to give support to the viability of the research. Accordingly, the official website stressing the online education for entrepreneurs is found to be fully operational and possible. Financial data were detailed and showed a favorable bottom line as far as required number of students to enroll the course is met. In addition, the researchers
