Online Ordering System
There are two main roles defined in the system: Buyers and Suppliers.

Buyers are users that place orders. They may be employees such as internal Sales people, or they may be free agents acting as resellers.

Suppliers are the companies that actually process the purchase orders. They are responsible for maintaining the product lists, pricing and if possible stock levels. This enables buyers to place orders based on accurate information.

Theoretical framework
The system will be helpful for the users because it is simple and user friendly that can easily understand of the user. They can easily access to the system and it has a strong security that protects the system to the hackers. The system increase through put and provides shorter response in time. It has accurate and organized information. It is improves to provide efficiency, minimize errors, increase productivity and produced consistent satisfying results.

Statement of the Problem
Based on the research and study of the proponents, they found out that Splurk Tee is having difficulties in their method of marketing the products and how people order online. These are the main problems that the proponents found out: * Splurk Tee is just using Facebook to market and promote their products online and the products is only limited to the followers of their Facebook page. * The accuracy of the people ordering the product is low since they only use text messaging. * The product is not well organized and customers are having a hard time viewing the products as well as the prices and information.

Background of the Study
Ordering system throughout the world has relied on pens and papers. Problems such as missing orders and information sent to the wrong place arise. Furthermore, some could not be able to handle the massive volume of orders. Under the old manual ordering systems, it takes up too much time to process.
Real time ordering and improved efficiency has been the focus of entrepreneurs.
