As intervention, I chose The United States proposes the Open Door Policy in 1899 because it’s a concept that states that all the nations should have equal industrial and commercial trade rights in China, because China was weakened after the attack of Japan the Europeans took advantage. Because of this Europe had the upper hand when it came to trading with China and the US was worried that they wouldn’t get the same access so they proposed the Open Door policy.
