"Successful people are always looking for opportunities to help others. Unsuccessful people are always asking, 'What's in it for me?"' (Brian Tracey). The true meaning of success derives on the ability to be able to help others without looking for reward.The ability to want to do well and work hard is a goal of successful people. These two influential people are successful because they truly believed in doing well through determination and hard work they manage to become worldwide sensations. Two people who are extremely similar but also different at the same time are Oprah Winfrey and Phil McGraw. Even though both are equally known and successful throughout the country. Oprah Winfrey has done more for society than Phil McGraw.
