Good morning dear teachers and my dear friends. The topic that has been given to me for the ICSE English language orals is:
Have the foreign players restricted the inclusion of rising Indian players in the IPL?
All of us know that the Indian Premier League comprises eight teams. In each team, out of the eleven cricketers, four can be foreign players. According to me, yes, it is true. The foreign players have definitely restricted the inclusion of rising Indian players in the IPL. Let me explain how. If all the foreign players could be replaced by Indian players, we would have had four into eight, i.e. additional thirty-two rising Indian players. These players could have got a chance to showcase their talents in front of the whole world. This is not possible because of the policies of the IPL.

However, to accommodate more number of rising players, the number of teams in the IPL can be increased, keeping in mind the foreign players at the same time.
Finally, I would like to end my speech by saying that, in my opinion, the current policies of the IPL,
