Order Of Confidentiality Case Study
On June 16, 2017 at about 23:43 Hrs. you responded to a citizens dispute at 303 S. Broadway, CFS #17-022874. For purposes of this statement, an Order of Confidentiality has been provided to you. This memo is a written order requesting that you provide a written statement in regards to that call for service. In your statement please provide the following:
