Title: How to Make Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes
Specific Purpose: To inform my audience on how to make Oreo cheesecake cupcakes.
Thesis Statement: At the end of my speech the audience will know the basic items and steps to make the cheesecake and also be able to see what it taste like.
Visual Aids: OREOS, MUFFIN LINERS, EGG, CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, BOWL, SPOON
I. INTRODUCTION
A. It’s Christmas time and you have a party to go to; the day before the party the hostess ask you to bring a dessert, you say yes of course but you really don’t know what you can make that’s “last minute” and easy, but not too simple like cookies or cake.
B. You start to look around your kitchen and stumble across some OREOS.
C. You start to question yourself, “what can I make with Oreos?” ……….
D. Well, I have the perfect answer to your question……. Oreo cheesecake cupcakes! Flawless!

1. OREOS
2. 3 pkg (8 oz. each)softened regular or light Philadelphia CREAM CHEESE
3. 3/4 cup SUGAR
4. 3 EGGS
5. Preheat oven to 350
C. Secondly
1. set Oreo cookie on bottom of each muffin liner
2. beat together 3 pkg (8 oz. each) softened regular or light Philadelphia cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth.
3. add 3 eggs, one at a time, and mix just blended.
4. spoon mixture over each cookie
D. Lastly
1. bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until center is almost set.
