1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS (SWOT)
A report is about the analysis of the organization behavior and human resource management in the Coca-Cola Company. The Coca-Cola Company is a beverage company, manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. The Coca-Cola Company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Its stock is listed on the NYSE and is part of DJIA, S&P 500 Index, the Russell 1000 Index and the Russell 1000 Growth Stock Index. Besides its namesake Coca-Cola beverage, Coca-Cola currently offers more than 400 brands in over 200 countries or territories and serves 1.6 billion servings each day.
This report is divided into eleven chapters, whereby chapter one is about the executive summary, analysis (SWOT) historical background of Coca-Cola Companyas well as the vision and mission of the organization. Chapter two describes the analysis of the organization structure and span of control of the organization whereby the structure is thorough studied and number of subordinates reporting to a given manager is identified.
Chapter three shows the analysis of the organization culture and behaviour within Coca-Cola Company, the analysis has in full explained the organization culture and behaviour of employees. Chapter four covers the analysis of leadership and management, and organizational development. Then chapter five has been about the analysis of the organization on team working, selection methods, coaching and mentoring.
Chapter six shows how resourcing, training and development are being conducted by organization. Chapter seven explains the analysis of communication skills, negotiating and influencing as being done by the organization. Chapter eight has covered the analysis of the performance, motivation and appraisal of the employees within an organization.
