Yes, of course. We agree that those who are trying to avoid their duties in a group work should be identified to the instructor. In a group work every member of the group is judged as a group on whole. So, is a shirker is causing hazard in the group it is a must to communicate this information to the instructor. So, that each individuals contribution to the project is judged fairly. Again it is also our duty responsibility to inform this to the shirkers so that they find out their problems and try it correct then it will work as a warning.

We think social loafing is always shirking because it is the tendency of giving less effort in a team work rather then individual’s work. Yes, it is also unethical. Because there remains a tendency that “If I work less, someone else will do that part”. It is wrong thinking that way because eventually the person is avoiding his or her duty and giving it to others. This is totally unethical.

Social loafing is tendency of putting less effort when working in a group. It is unethical. All the members in a group is mend to contribute give their best. Every member’s job should be judge equally. A U.S. worker is to be held same accountable for his or her contribution to their work as much as Asian worker. It is not a matter of city or any particular region. Mistake should be considered to be punished. In a proper work environment the
