 the purpose of the trip Purpose of the trip will accommodate the approving manager on his/her approval of the travel. Will also determine the type of arrangements the traveller or traveller’s administrator will need to make and the materials they may need to prepare for the trip.  who will be travelling Need to know which members of staff will be travelling as details need to be given for approving manager or administrator for booking flights, accommodation and car hire.  the travel budget Travel budget is very important to clarify to travellers so they are aware of the amount of money they have to spend for there travel (issued on per diem form) and the procedure they need to know to go about it all the correct way.
