AN ORGANISATION AND ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR
An organization is a social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to achieve collective goals. All organizations have a management structure that determines relationship between the different activities and the members, and it subdivides and assigns roles, responsibilities and authority to carry out different tasks. Organisations are open systems, this is to mean that they affect and are affected by their environment. On the other hand organasation behavior is the study of human behavoir in organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself. It can be divided into three levels which are the study of : individuals in organizations (micro-level), work groups (meso-level), and how organizations behave (macro-level).
To begin with organizations, they are very essential in society because they always enhance to team, they help to attain a common goal, they create opportunity, they contribute to economic development creating a good economic development circle in the nation, they fulfill customer needs which help to bring up social awareness, they minimize economic dispartities, and they also transfer and adapt technology.
There are a variety of legal types of organizations which include; corporations, govermrnts, non-govermental organizations, international organizations, armed forces, charities, non-for-profit corporations, partnerships, cooperatives and universities.
There are various types of political organizations, firstly we have hybrid organizations, this is a body that operates in the public sector and the private simulteaneously, fulflilling public duties and developing commercial market activities. Secondly, we have voluntaly association which is an organization consisiting of volunteers. Such organizations may be able to operate without legal formalities, depending on juristication, incuding informal clubs. Lasty, organizations
