Organizational effectiveness Every organization, whether it be law enforcement or not, must have sense of organizational effectiveness. The idea of how effective an organization is in achieving the outcomes the organization intends to produce is organizational effectiveness. (www.businessdictionary.com). Criminal justice personnel apply organizational effectiveness to management by providing motivation and by presence of the existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth theory (ERG). There are different methods for exerting control in an organizational setting.

Employees are equal as managers as they both vision no one are superior to another will putting their rank or title aside. Since in these types of organizations managers empower their employees to take matters into their own hands, employees feel sense of trust. Anyhow, it managers still have responsibility to be accountable for their employees. By having to do so the manager must exert control over his or her employees. Managers set objectives to their employees as well as goals. The goals and objectives are to be accomplished as the employee feels best to be accomplished.
