Body I. Concept A. How do you (the people) look at the death penalty? 1. No one in the world should give orders to kill anyone its wrong 2. Its pays so much to take a life and if the death penalty didn’t exist there might be money in today’s society B. Murder 1. The system should also receive the death penalty because they are also taking someone’s life. II. Methods A. Hanging 1. the primary method of execution used in the United States. Hanging is still used in Delaware and Washington, although both have lethal injection as an alternative method of execution.
