All about my business
Starting up my own business has always been an ambition of mine especially through my passion of beauty therefore my business is going to be in the beauty industry. My business will be selling a service to the public also with addition to goods this will include a range of beauty cosmetics combined with hair services and products. As we all might already be aware of is that the women and girls of our society in many cases ‘looking beautiful’ is an essential asset we need and most desire therefore I want to provide this for these women.
My salon should appeal to all females whatever age as I will be including:  Professional hairdressers , with the top brands of hair products and electrical goods e.g. REDKEN shampoo & conditioner , ARGON oil products as this is a natural product so there will be no damage to hair also the latest GHD’s I will be ensuring I always provide top quality services through my goods.
 My salon will include Nail art options for example acrylic and gel nails.

Ownership of my business
The form of ownership of my salon would be that of a Sole
Traer which would be myself. I have made this decision as I believe this would be the best option for myself because of the many advantages that I will have by being a sole trader as I will have complete control of my business, it will be easy and cheap to start up my business as I will be responsible for all my accounts and as I will not need to employ any persons who I do not need therefore I will be saving money which is essential in the initial stages of starting my business.
Also I will be keeping all the profits minus the expenses and all my business affairs will remain private as I will be the only person who will have all the knowledge of the business.

Aims and objectives Setting goals for my business is essential so that I can motivate myself and my employees to work to this target also to review back at the businesses performance and how well or
