How to add New Position Values

Navigate to : Purchasing Super User>Flexfields>Key>Values

Find Values by Value Set. Value Set Name = BEM_POSITION_CODE

Click Find

Enter New Position Values, then Save it

How to Register New Position

Navigate to Purchasing Super User>Setup>Positions

Find Position Name from List of Value, enter Organization and Jobs, the Save it.

How to Attached Position to Employee

Navigate to Purchasing Super User>Setup>Personnel>Employees

If the person is not registered yet, you must register new employee first, but if the person is already in the system, just query the person’s name

Click More..and go to Assignment folder tab
