Apple is one of the top most companies of the world for its brand equity which is from the days of mcintosh computers; Apple is known to be a brand with promise.

Apple’s retail stores ensure high quality customer experience as they provide direct contact customers service with knowledgeable staff which increases brand awareness. Besides, Apple’s stores are one of the most profitable in terms of sales.

The IOS which is the operating system of Apple IPhone is a respected mobile platform because of its flexibility and speed. The user interface is fantastic as result if customer start using an iPhone once they get addicted to its ease of use.

Strong marketing and advertising teams which indicates that marketing is one of the strongest functional areas Apple has. It can sell pricier products, build superior stores (they are more or less built to achieve marketing goals) and advertise their products in a compelling manner.

High price is the major weakness of Apple because there is a strong completion in market now, and the consumer of Apple products can easily obtain the similar function products by its competitors such as Samsung in a lower price.

There are unnecessary restrictions on the Apple IPhone out of the box such as there is no Bluetooth, expandable memory is absent, and battery is non removable battery which is not good this is because iPhone are very expensive therefore with such a high priced phone customers expect more features from the phone.

The less market share Apple has, the less it can influence its potential customers and persuades them into using Apple’s closed ecosystem products.
