I’m sending this to you in absences of Anya. This appears to be a major issue with the P60 denials. Since, Anya is the Customer Service Contact for Iowa. She is our point of contact to ensure these issue are addressed. I’ve sent two e-mails regarding the Job Aid on P60 denials. I have also held one meeting with PSU regarding issue and P60 was a concern that was vocalized. Friday, I had a meeting with UOI. They expressed to me that P60 is a rising concern for them. Especially, because repecetive are unable to find the information to assist them or just refusing to help. At the point, they are really to file a state complaint if the don’t state assisting them. I have done by best they explaining that P60 is a new denial that requests
a lot of education and replation training. Attached they have provided material for associates to look and give the line by line verbiage was what it state in Facet’s P60 denial. Please return by Wednesday 11/12.
