The main product at the store is women’s dresses.

The primary function of the store is to make women feel beautiful.

What is your reason for being in this business? (What's a nice person like you doing in a business like this?)

The store opened three years ago in order for women to have a one on one relationship with the employees, this store allows for a higher venue. Manager Kelly Hammond said that she got in the business through family members. Her mother was in retail so working for the Jewel Box came naturally to her.

The store’s primary competitior is online retails because there is a wide range of items to select from.

9. How is your product different from that of your competition?

There are three ways to compete with online retail: good customer service, a nice atmosphere, and the way the products are displayed.

There are no objections to buying the products offered in the store.

The industry statandards are lower and there is no shipping costs to the products in Jewel Box.
