Tip #1: Cut Out Grains and Legumes
The simple fact is going to develop a nutrient deficiency avoiding grains and legumes.
Every bit of nutrients your child needs is found in fruits, vegetables, fish, or meat.
Tip #2: Focus on Whole Foods
While there are different versions of the Paleo Diet out there, absolutely everyone emphasizes eating a sensible amount of animal protein with lots of vegetables and fruits. This provides completely balanced nutrition.
Tip #3: Avoid Low Carb
A very low carb diet is not the best for children unless prescribed as a treatment from your doctor. Moreover, studies have found in children 12-18 that "Low-carbohydrate diets apparently have no advantage over high-carbohydrate low-fat diets."
Tip #4: Focus on Kid Foods
