According to the previous performance of our company, this plan is to establish our company's mission, vision, goals and strategies for the next four years, and to explain how we will run our company in detail in order that we could manage our company effectively in a planned way.

1. Company name The official name of our company is Linker, which reflects our culture of uniting the staff to launch superior products and better connect the world.
2. Product description Our products are a range of mid-price smartphones with impressive quality and features. The design of streamlined metal cover, powerful battery and professional photography performance make our product a perfect smartphone for entertainment and communication.

Market description There are two markets at present, Merica and Pandau. Merica is a developed country with a high living standard, which means there are more customers that possess relatively high purchasing power and prefer upgraded and innovative products. In 2013, the gross sales of the whole industry in Merica is over $59,654,000 with a growth rate of 21.1%. Pandau is an emerging market with a large population and an increasing living standard. The smartphone ownership rate in Pandau is still quite low while the purchasing power of consumers is growing rapidly with the booming economy.In 2013, the gross sales in Pandau is $17,538,000 and the growth rate is 28.7%.
4. Broad company objectives & strategies We not only work hard to attain a high market share, but also raise our stock price and the ROI to benefit our stakeholders.
