I think as a member of this community keeping the community free of all excessive noise, trash and violence individually is a big responsibility of everybody. Keeping my kids out of trouble and in school is a responsibility of the parents in this community. Painting over random graffiti, recycling, and keeping up on house chores such as mowing the lawn and house upkeep is being socially responsible.
