Parable Of The Sower Analysis
A parable is a story that illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson. It was a method used by Jesus in the bible. I just wonder how the text may seem like a parable. The only way to do so is by comparing the main character Lauren to Jesus. As much as I don’t want to do this comparison it may be the only way to answer this question. In the novel Lauren decided to create her own religion and just like any religion the goal is to spread the word and gain followers. Her intentions were to move up North and create a community where her and her followers can live. In the “Parable of the Sower” that is found in the bible, Jesus tells the story of a sower who sowed seeds in different areas and depending on the area the seeds were thrown something different
