Ipoh Parade has 5 levels. At the lower ground floor, there is the TESCO hypermarket. Followed by the ground floor, there are many concept shops selling branded products and also the well known restaurants. Usually, I and my family will visit these two levels once a month. We top up our household goods and food where we need them in our daily life. Of course, clothes and new attires will always be my sisters’ main focus.
Apparel shops such as Levis, Body Glove, Giordano, Zara, Top Shops etc and bookshops are located at the first and second floors respectively. Multilevel income’s citizens are spoilt for choices as there are various kinds of goods sold in these floors to accommodate according to their budget. Bookworms, teachers, student learners and scholars are likely to spend most of their time seeking for knowledge at these floors.
Hungry and exhausted people usually will be found wandering at the third and fourth floors, seeking for tasty local cuisines or fusion food and relaxation. Yong Tau Fu and Tao Fu Fa stalls are my most favorite spot to visit. At the other end, entertainment centre such as cinema, bowling centre and game arcade is the most popular place for youths, as well as I am.
In a nutshell, I believe that Ipoh Parade is a place that you should not miss when you are traveling around Ipoh. I hope that Ipoh Parade will develop one day to become as huge as Pavilion.
