3. Credentials. Brig Balbir Pama (Retd) was the former Chief of Staff at HQ, Northern Comd. An alumnus of the Officers Training Academy, Chennai & a graduate from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington he had held many prestigious comd, staff & instr appts.
