Paradou, in Manhattan’s Meat Packing District, serves upscale, modern French cuisine for dinner, as well as for a popular brunch service, in its bright eatery adorned with real foliage. The aioli de la mer platter, laden with 9-spiced tuna, grilled sardines, boquerones, crab-stuffed artichokes, vegetables and saffron aioli, makes a welcoming appetizer option. Some of Paradou’s specialty dinner entrées include the grilled and dry aged shell steak entrecote with potato gratin, the poulet au lemon sage marinated Amish chicken with ratatouille and the happy piggie pork belly with andouille powder and beet puree.
