Parkland Suburb Research Paper
The ‘Parkland Suburb’ of Sydney’s inner west region is better known as Concord and shouldn’t be mistaken for Concord West, a separate suburb. Concord 2137 is within 15 miles west of the central business district.
Concord is one of Sydney’s best suburbs for investing, according to long-term growth predictions. What makes this suburb so ideal for investing and buying homes or units?
Transportation
One big draw to Concord is the amazing access to transportation. No matter where you want to go in the suburb, in surrounding suburbs, and the city, the railway system, bus system, and ferry system will get you there.

Here is a small list of some of the parks, sports fields, playgrounds, and golf clubs the locals love in Concord.
• Bayview Park Playground – This park/playground is on Burwood Road, the water and a boat ramp, and features picnic tables. BBQ facilities, public toilets, seating, slides, climber, sand, exercise equipment and more.
• Brays Bay Reserve – This Concord Road park is known as a nice, relaxing park with picnic facilities, walking paths, fenced playground, public toilets, and more.
• Concord Oval – This Loftus Street park is a rugby stadium also known as Waratah Stadium. Rugby matches are held here as well as training for rugby and football games.
• Concord Golf Club – This golf club offers beautiful, lush greens for a full 18-hole experience. This club also features a golf performance and fitting centre, high-tech golf training with simulator, putt lab, chipping greens, driving range, and tree-lined fairways. The club also takes reservations for weddings and special events.

    Parks are wonderful places were children can play and be social with others. Children are able to explore and develop their motor skills while having fun and at the same time be physically active. Milam Park has both good and bad qualities about it, but overall I believe that it is not an ideal park. It sits on a 1.02-acre lot and has a fence on only the back and sides of the property.
