Also, the use of machineries, particularly sewing machines are necessary to produce 1 bag. The company’s process selection was discovered to be job shop since The Palette Studio releases moderate number of bags, the machineries and equipments used are specialized and the workers are skilled in using these equipments.
By the use of technology, The Palette Studio conducts research in order to find new features of their product, to find out what's the best material for the products they make and it gives ideas of what are the new products the venture can offer to its target audience.

CHART 3.1 ORDERING PROCESS OF THE PALETTE STUDIO’S
The customer can choose between whether he/she settle the payment by depositing through Banco De Oro or Bank of the Philippine Islands. Once The Palette Studio has verified the customer’s order form, The company will send a verification e-mail which contains the payment instructions and the bank details of the company. Also, the product will automatically be reserved to the customer. The customer will be given a week to settle the payment. When the payment has been deposited to the venture's bank account, the customer is required to take a picture of the validated deposit slip and send it to The Palette Studio via e-mail.
