Hi friends ,
The following are the steps to get passport in vizag office. Everyone should apply through online only. 1) First of all everyone should get appointment by fill passport application form . Go through following url . http://passport.gov.in/pms/OnlineRegistration.jsp It will give you passport application form fill all the details carefully.
Give present and permanent address should be same ( give your home address)
Don’t give our college address ra it will be late to get passport.
After save the form it will give you date and time to choose. Choose the date and time with your flexibility. 2) After that it will give you 6 pages application form download it. Write down the application no in some book don’t forget. It’s for further clarification. 3) In that application form some fields are filled .remain fields should fill with black pen carefully 4) Attest the recent color passport size photo .photo should be white background and our ears should be clear to see. They will check on submitting of our application. Be careful. 5) After fill the application form. The following copies should essential with to get passport.
Bona fide certificate (we will get this certificate from our principal office by writing letter to principal. if you apply on morning they will give u on evening. don’t bother)
Ration card
Voter id (in that ration card and voter id address should be same other wise they will reject your application)
Tenth , inter , degree mark list (no need of our semester mark lists) 6) The above mentioned certificates should 3 set Xerox copies with college attestation and gazetted sign .in each Xerox copy bottom put your signature its mandatory. Don’t forget to do before submitting application. 7) After perform above all steps go to passport office (its near to srikanya theatre in vizag) with filled application form on appiontment date
