Pat Johnson Safeguard Case Study
Thank you for your opinion and agreeing to implement the safeguard. I am surprised, besides Pat, Don and yourself did no get much of a traction.

After seeing lawyer's invoice, as I recall our first run was to get everyone's comments collectively agree and then get professional help. After reading Don reaction to invoice even board members are not on same page.

I thought maybe drawing simple picture with the numbers may allow folks to think differently.

Just plug-in your % contribution against the spend and draw your own conclusions if contributions are wisely spent.

I know letting Pat Johnson take over grazing lease is worth every penny toward ag exemption values. Better returns than buying Bitcoins ;-).
