Pathway Coaching Case Study

I’m writing to apply for the position of Pathway Coach with The Center for Working Families, Inc.

I have a Master’s Certificate in Life Coaching and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. I have over 6 years of counseling clients in building decision-making skills and making life-altering positive choices. Three years working for a corporation to help employees achieve professional goals and three years of non-profit volunteer based helping clients who have faced financial hard-ship, homelessness, and abuse. My experience has gain me the expertise in monitoring and evaluating client progress to make sure they continue the right path.

I have exceptional motivational and active listening skills. Active listening to understand what
has transpired in the client life and motivation to help the client stay focus on changes to get the client desired results.

A Pathway Coach requires problem solving skills and thinking outside the box if The Center for Working Families, Inc needs an exceptional Coach Look no further, because I’m ready for the challenge.
