First, it will be time consuming for ASBC to train and plan cross departmental meeting with IT group. Time is a drawback because of the competitive market continuing to evolve while the company will be doing a reorg, which may hurt bottom line figures if it takes too long. Secondly, employees maybe resistant to the change in operation and fail to encompass the new mission and goals gracefully. Lastly, this process could be expensive. It will possibly cost lots of money to develop new informational strategy products and software. Also the amount of training can be costly depending on the time it takes to learn the necessary material. All in all, it would be a necessary risk for ASBC to take by implementing the suggested solution, because the payoff will be great with the new healthcare laws in place and expected customer
