Patient safety is the primary concern of hospitals and health care staff members of a well-being of the patients in their care. Nurses number one priority should be the responsibility of other patients and parent’s safety because it will help sustain quality health care. Some medical fears among nurse practitioners towards patients are misunderstanding, liability, and lack of communication. This can also be present regarding employees such as discriminatory actions and mismanagement, which may have arisen from previous complications. A shortage of practitioners also has an effect on reducing the quality of patient care, which does not give patients the sufficient care they need.
