“I’m thoroughly disgusted,” said Fergus Barnberry, a medic at the initial scene. “She came across, as sweet and in mourning, but what she did was callous and deceitful.” Mary has been charged and convicted of first degree murder, creating a false alibi, spoliation and tampering of evidence and obstructing law-enforcement

Mary rapidly confessed to her crimes, claiming the guilt to be, “too much”.
“While initially overcome with adrenaline, acting in such a manner to off her husband, she later came to her senses.” said Jack

Judge and jury, I beg thee to charge Ms. Maloney with the murder of Patrick Maloney. Why would the perfectly stable Mary Maloney randomly decide to kill her husband? However, Mr. Maloney is no longer around to testify to that fact. If Ms. Maloney had heard of this alleged affair, maybe that drove her to murder him. The text states,"Personally, I couldn't eat a thing, but it'd be a favor to me if you ate it up”(Dahl 4). She tells them to eat the leg of lamb, the weapon used to kill Patrick, to obliterate all evidence of his murder. This is very devious as she tries to avoid getting caught by eating the lamb.…
