Overview of PC Fair/Shop
Brunei Tech Expo 2011 was scheduled from 27th -30th October 2011, held in International Conventional Centre in the heart of Brunei, Bandar Seri Begawan.
Through InfoCom Federation Brunei (IFB), a non-profit organization which serves as the voice of Brunei's ICT industry and as a bridge between the government and all players in Brunei's ICT industry, the first ever technology expo – the TechXpo 2010 – was formally launched in November last year wherein it welcomed a wide participation of both local and foreign exhibitors not only from Borneo region but also from other countries. The expo featured around 200 booths and attracted over 51, 000 visitors.
Specifically, this expo aims to fulfill the following: * To create an expo that focuses on all types of technology which will be a gathering of all who are into technology business, industry and research and development * To provide the perfect platform for all players in the technology industry may it be local or international to introduce and promote their products and services to the Brunei community in particular; and * To provide a venue where people may be introduced to the latest technologies and inventions in all areas of technology.
These TechExpo are supported by The prime minister’s office of Brunei Darussalam, Minister of communications and Ministry of Education.
