I have chosen to use the HP Pavilion HPE h8t series desktop for our business to use. After lengthy research I have found this customizable desktop fits the CIO’s requirements the best. I have made sure to add many helpful components when customizing this desktop. I added security software such as Norton to manage and protect the system, data, and information while working on the internet. Norton will also scan emails and files downloaded from the web. I have added a few application software upgrades as well. I chose a photo application to assist in editing and printing photos. Another application that can be found on this desktop is office systems to help in creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. I believe this desktop along with the recommendations I have made will suite the office very well. These upgrades will help keep the business flowing in a timely manner. Co-workers will be able to transfer information between PC machines and easily participate in online chat and video conferences. I hope the office finds my research to be accurate and helpful in purchasing new PC’s for the company.
