Pc Work Experience Analysis
I sat at my PC work area one day, and crying within for God to demonstrate to me the way through my journey, for a considerable length of time I had a feeling that I was retaking the same test again and again and I just couldn't hit the nail on the head. As I sat at my PC work area, I began singing. Singing was my method for getting closer to God and feeling his presence. I was watching the spiritual show TBN and a preacher showed a screen capture of a scripture out of the King James bible and it was Romans 12:2. As a beginner reading the bible I couldn't comprehend the substance of what I was analyzing, so I called upon a friend who was in ministry and requested that he show me a clearer rendition, and he lead me to the New International Version. …show more content…
I realized that I wasn't content with how I was living or how I was not pleasing to God's will and his purpose for my life. At times, I would get discouraged, stressed, worried or felt like I was not good enough for God. As I begun reading Romans 12:2 over and over again, it reminded me that God loves me, and wants me to be the best I can be, because I was created in his image.

As the spirit lead me throughout the weekend and I listened to R.C Sproul's video and his explanation over water and how it changes in various ways.

My spirit began to demonstrate to me that as a child of the most high we were all given the gift to transform and change who we are by understanding the purpose that God has appoint on our life. God, has given us our birth certificate signed, sealed and delivered in which the bible gives us bearing and whom we originated from. It demonstrates to us best practices to live and sustain the transformation of being able to flourish by reading and understanding the bible and applying the word to our life.
I have come to realize by listening to R.C Sprouls that God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit and the bible is water to my life, just as water is to

The article, “Interventions That Apply Scripture in Psychotherapy,” looks at assorted intervention strategies a Christian therapist might use to integrate Scripture during therapy sessions. The author, Fernando Garzon (2005), stated his reason for writing the article was twofold: “first, to increase Christian therapists’ awareness of the variety of types of Scripture interventions available, and second, to stimulate “divinely inspired creativity” in the further development of strategies to incorporate the living Word of God in Christian psychotherapy”…

Lewis’ Screwtape Letters is an amusing and profound story of the world's temptation and a Christian's victory over it. In a collection of letters, an old demon, Screwtape, gives advice and guidance to his young and naive nephew, Wormwood, on how to lure his "patient" to Hell. Amateurishly attempting to tempt his patient to commit some great, extravagant sin, Wormwood lets his hand off the wheel and his patient becomes a Christian. Even in a seemingly hopeless situation, Screwtape kept his cool and advised Wormwood "to prevent his doing anything. As long as he does not convert it into action...…

This chapter did not present any new information or anything that I didn’t already understand, but what it did present was a different perspective on how we should pursue God with everything that we have. In (John 3:16) “God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that we could have everlasting life.” This gave me the understanding, that no matter what I am going through in life and all the things that I may have to give up for someone else is for a good cause. Having this faith in my heart makes me feel very spiritual. I have never had any doubt the Lord existing in this world. When I am lonely, depress, or stressing about things I have no control over, I know I can call on the Lord to get me through these emotions that I am experiencing.…

I was the prodigal daughter. Moreover, He continued to lead me towards Him. It was like I’d flown back into a cage of sin that had once held me with the false presumption that it would keep me safe, and God was leading me back out of the cage and into the freedom of His love. He lead me to drop out of college during my first year, and I did. Then He lead me to start attending another church, and I did - it was probably the most nerve-wracking of my journey, but I did. At this point, I was able to look back at the past He’d saved me from and see the destruction, hurt, and rubble that He’d pulled me out of. I didn’t want to go back, and now I know that I won’t. He has something bigger than planned for…

John 3:16” For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. That whoever should believe in him shall not parish, but have everlasting life.” That verse is more true to me today than it was 15 years ago. When I was five years old I became a Christian. One day I was riding my bike and I felt a tug at my heart to let Jesus into my life. After feeling that tug in my heart I went inside and told my Mom that I wanted to become a Christian. She prayed with me and I have been a Christian ever since.…

It was to my turn to receive prayer and I was ready to receive whatever God was going to reveal to me that day. The night before I was in my co-pastors home discussing the Holy Spirit and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. I stepped up to the pastor and waited for him to lay hands on me and begin to pray. The Holy Spirit began to move and the pastor began to pray in tongues and he revealed to me…

Before I was saved, I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. Being the youngest in my family, I was constantly spoiled and protected. This led me to become a very prideful and ignorant child. I thought the world was great, my life was great, and I was great. Now I am not saying any of those things are not true, but my views changed quite a bit once I hit middle school. My sister had moved onto college at this point and I was alone to tackle middle school. I discovered a lot during those years but my biggest discovery was probably about my family. I learned that they weren’t the perfect figures I thought they were. My parents fought constantly and that left me devastated. On top of being spoiled and arrogant, I was also depressed.…
