What does peace means?
Peace means not just the absence of war, but rather the fullness of life, the respect for human rights, and the development of human persons.
The prerequisite to peace is to justice. Justice promotes and supports human dignity and rights in the personal, interpersonal, and structural levels.

Interpretations of Peace
• People have various interpretations of PEACE , but most interpretations tend to view peace as the absence of conflict. In the bible, as well as in the Church social teachings, Peace is much more than the absence of Violence. It refers primarily to a quality of life. Peace is the FREEDOM of all individuals to live fully in harmonious relationship with one another. Peace is the kind of life in which all persons participate in to offer each and everyone the fruit of a good life:

Prosperity
A sense of fulfillment
The absence of fear

• A way to respect human rights and achieve peace, the idea of law arises almost automatically .
• Logically, there must be some objective norms to guide people how to treat one another.
NATURAL MORAL LAW
Authentic joy in being treated as human persons rather than as mere things, in entering into friendship rather than hostility ,in speaking the truth than lies. It is natural for us to seek justice, love, freedom and truth. Our hearts and minds is a guide that tells us what is good and what is evil and makes us feel obliged to do good and avoid evil. This guide is our CONSCIENCE.
