Ped 382 Reflection
I display my ability to achieve and maintain a health enhancing level of fitness throughout the program from one of the fitness plans I designed in PED 382. The fitness plan was created to help accomplish two goals by the end of the semester. The plan I created includes exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition. The fitness plan I created in PED 382 relates to Element 2.2 because it displays one of my fitness plans that were created to accomplish a goal during my time in the program. I had two goals that I aimed to accomplish in the plan I made and I was able to accomplish these goals by creating a fitness plan that gradually increased my weight training and cardio workouts.
