The fitness plan I created in PED 382 is only one of the many fitness plans I created during my time in the program. Through out my four years in the program I have created fitness plans for other classes such as Health Related Fitness, but I have also created monthly plans based on the knowledge I gained from my classes to help me achieve and maintain a health enhancing level of fitness all year. With the knowledge I learned from Health Related Fitness and PED 382, I can maintain a healthy lifestyle by creating fitness plans to guide my progressions. As a physical educator it is essential to have the knowledge to maintain and achieve a healthy lifestyle because this is one of the primary goals we have for our students. I want to be a role model to my students by demonstrating my ability to maintain and achieve a healthy lifestyle. It is important for students to be able to come to me for advice and from my own experience and knowledge I can guide them in the right direction towards a healthy lifestyle.
