Theses nurses have to stay educated, organized and now what they are doing or talking about to take care of the patients correctly. Everyday Nurses will have to deal with the patients having to recover from surgery, having to go through physical therapy or trying to recover from any other treatments. While its not their job to make sure their patients go to physical therapy, the responsibility to make sure the patients get to their appointments and treatment may start to depend on them. But, as you go farther into your career the challenges get easier as you go. Medicines have gotten stronger and better, such as treatments for leukemia. The rates for surviving any for of cancer has gotten much higher than what they were. With choosing this role you have to be able to let go and forget the bad things and try to push them to the side. With being a nurse and having to take care of patients it usually goes home with you. By that I mean, when you get home after work you will usually think about how the patient is doing or how you could help them out a little
