My name is ; I am a Business Administration senior studying at the American University in Cairo with the expected graduation date of June 2014 receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing.

This email is regarding an internship I would like to carry out at Reliance Investments, Egypt. I have learnt about this position through your website, it indicated an open position in the Human Resources Department. I would much appreciate the opportunity to work with you and apply my knowledge and experience about this particular field. My online resume is attached.

Whether it is ‘Reliance Logistics’, ‘Reliance Mining’ or ‘Ready Mix’, all three are labor-intensive branches and so, the management of workers is very important to the company. This is mainly why I picked ‘Reliance Investments’ to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible about the Human Resources Department.

Throughout the last seven years of academic learning, I have gained extensive knowledge about all aspects of Business. The opportunity arose to work in the Human Resources committee of ‘Heya’s Women Initiative Club’ spending time interviewing, recruiting and training potential club members. Moreover, devising plans and organizing schedules for the rest of committees was a regular task and thus, I have a lot of experience in that field.

I am very tolerant and know how to cooperate and work well with others as part of a team. As well as having excellent time management skills therefore almost never missing deadlines, I have been a part of several projects that have required teaching individuals across all age ranges. Hence, those will be both beneficial applicable in this department, whether it is for ‘Reliance Mining’, ‘Reliance Logistics’ or ‘Ready Mix’.
