|This book covers many factors of what motivates people to work. The authors identify factors focused on the job itself such as: |
|achievement, recognition and salary. However, some of the other factors contribute to the motivation of individuals having a positive |
|attitude towards their job when they are doing the job, this can result from them liking the job, achieving success whilst doing the job,|
|receiving recognition and moving forward in terms of job position. |
