What legislation impacts on people performance? (List at least 3 and write a brief summary on how they impact)
Fair work Act 2009- The Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) is the main piece of legislation that governs rights and responsibilities within the workplace, for both employers and their employees. It applies to all private entity employers and employees in all states and territories in Australia, except Western Australia. Employers in Western Australia should seek advice as to whether the Fair Work Act applies to them. This article sets out some of the major components of the Fair Work Act, which Employsure advises on every day.
Work place health and safety Act 2011- An Act to provide comprehensively for work health and safety, to provide for a new definition of asbestos in particular legislation and for a work health and safety levy, to amend other legislation as a consequence, and to amend the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 for particular purposes

a. Performance Standards- Performance standards provide the employee with specific performance expectations for each major duty. They are the observable behaviours and actions, which explain how the job is to be done, plus the
