Percy Jackson The Lightning Thief is a book about a 12 year old boy named Percy Jackson. He has Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder or ADHD and dyslexia. At the beginning of the book Percy has one friend named Grover. At first Percy does not know that he is a demigod. Percy’s mother was driving him and Grover to Camp Halfblood. On the way there a Minotaur attacks them and before he kills it the Minotaur takes his mother to the underworld, but it looks like she died. When he first gets to Camp Halfblood they do not know who his father, so he is in the Hermes cabin. They play capture the flag and this girl named Clarisse tries to kill him. she electrocutes him and he falls into the water the moment his body hits the water at he burst
