Kaplan UniversityPersonal Code of Ethics Statement
As an ethics base health care professional I will always strive to meet or exceed the following statement below in the daily practice of my profession as a Health Care Administrator (HCA).

II. Follow all rules and regulations set forth by this state and healthcare organization.
III. Never exploit or be selfish of professional relationships.
IV. Not do anything that would demean or reflect badly on my profession.
V. Not allow any patient discrimination or abuse and have systems in place to prevent patient discrimination and abuse.
VI. Make patients aware of their rights and any risks associated with services provided.
VII. Ensure the facility meets the needs of everyone (patients, colleagues, and the community).
VIII. Provide a clear and accurate stream of information to the patient and public.
IX. Promote educational standards for colleagues.
