My Fitness
In the Beep test I would be average because I scored 7.2. This is suitable for most occupations like the army and police force. The best result that a person could get is 10.4. Ways I could Improve and Train
The main ways to improve your score is by doing repeat sprints, slow jogging and lifting weights.

Results are critical to make a measurement of your base line fitness because this is one way you can be measured in a way that asses your fitness to the broader population. It lets you compare your fitness to most of the population
Hand Grip Diameter
The purpose of this test is to measure the maximum isometric strength of the hand and forearm muscles. Handgrip strength is important for any sport in which the hands are used for catching, throwing or lifting. Also, as a general rule people with strong hands tend to be strong elsewhere, so this test is often used as a general test of strength. My Fitness Results for the Hand Grip Diameter
For my left hand I scored 35 and for my right hand I scored 39 which makes me poor. However the good news is that my right and left hands have the same dominance as each other. Ways that I could improve
To improve, I would start out with doing heavy weights for 8 or 10 reps. After that I drop down to lighter weights and attempt to close them. At the end of my work out I would get a weight and ask someone to record how long it takes for me to drop it, then see if any improvement occurs. This is a curl
