When building any application the key step of the whole development process should be to create a sound functioning application. The applications structure must be tested and well suited to run the given program. Over complicated programs with un-simplified steps leave room for errors and if the structure isn’t suited for the process you end up with a un useable product. Writing out pseudo code and getting the information in the right path to accomplish the goal of the process is key.…

As time progresses people assimilate massive amounts of information. Everything that you hear, smell, see, touch, and taste is filed away and stored. Even decades later it is possible for the human brain to recall an event. These apparently random recollections are usually trigged by the smallest event. The smell of apple pie will bring to mind your grandmother that had passed away 30 years ago, the sound of an airplane reminds you of the first time you ever flew. Unfortunately, for most people, the ability to readily call information to mind at need seems to fade with time. One of the time proven methods for keeping information stored in the forefront of your mind is to periodically review the needed information. The development of this program is in an effort to assist the common man stay on top of his game by allowing the opportunity to review information that the user deems important.…

These days, computers are used for learning purposes. Right from elementary classrooms, kids are being trained not only in using computers but also using them in their day to day academic work. Education aims for the all-round development of individuals. Computer based instructional programs can help students develop subject matter and reinforce classroom skills. Are schools replacing the classroom instructional process such as reading, writing, and homework assignments with various multimedia and hypermedia programs? David Gelernter in his article “Unplugged: The Myth of Computers in the Classroom” thinks that improper or uncontrolled use of computers may lead to decline of literacy and lack of basic skills. Computers have the ability and potential to accomplish great things, and Gelernter agrees that “Computers should be in the schools.” (278). With the right software, computers have the power to attain a rewarding learning experience. Multimedia technologies could make science easier and more enjoyable or teach topics like art and music. They could be inspirational in learning when the student can actually see geographical maps and multimedia presentations. However, most of today 's software available does not seem to help in the cognitive development of students. Despite the fact that “An estimated $2 billion has been spent on more than 2 million computers for America’s classrooms, we constantly hear from Washington that schools are in trouble” (278). It is true that the role of computers in higher education, professional education, or research is inevitable. But many of the children 's software programs forget the basics of imparting…

A small amount of kids are typing on blank documents to chat with their friends. No one is paying attention to the teacher. Is this a productive way to learn? I think chromebooks should not be used in school. They can break easily. cause problems, and they are classroom distractions.…

group, their lives are transformed as the story develops. All characters have problems and issues to resolve, and manage to do so by the end of the story, which culminates in a trip to Italy. Chapter 1: Aidan, a teacher at Moutainview School, is undergoing a difficult time. His wife, Nell, and his daughters, Grania and Brigid, are becoming distant. The position of Principal at school, which he expects to be offered, is given to Tony O’Brien, a popular teacher who spends his free time at parties and with younger woman. Without anyone knowing who the other party is, Grania and Tony have been going out. Tony informs Adain that he’s been given the job and organizes Italian evening classes under Aidan’s supervision. Garnia gets angry at Tony. Chapter 2: Nora O’Donoghue, a beautiful Irish young woman, meets Mario, an Italian, in London. They fall in love, but Mario goes back to Italy to marry Gabriella, as his family has arranged. Nora moves to his town, Annunziata – where she becomes known as Signora – just to be near him. After 26 years, Mario dies in a car accident, and his widow asks Nora to leave. She returns to Dublin and rents a room at the Sullivans’s house. She is a good influence for the family, and particularly for their son, Jimmy, who goes to Mountainview School. Tony O’Brian introduces her to Aidan, who also loves Italy. Chapter 3: Bill Burke works with Grania at a bank. His girlfriend, Lizzie, is a beautiful young girl interested in money and fun. Bill finds it difficult to make ends meet; he wants to help his family and tries to keep up to Lizzie’s expectations. An announcement of possible openings in the continent for young people at the bank who speak other languages leads him and Lizzie to the Italian classes. He borrows money from the bank, which he expects to pay back. When he learns that Lizzie’s mother left the family when she was a girl, he understands…
